How Has Spanish Played a Role in Your Personal and Professional Life?

I started my career as a language teacher teaching English as a foreign langugae. When I moved to the US in 2016, I began teaching Spanish also as a foreign language. But soon I met heritage students with incrdedible backgrounds and stories. I felt the need to learn more about Spanish as a heritage language and about these kids’ instructional needs.
How Long Have You Been Teaching?

I taught English in Argentina for 8 years and I've been teaching Spanish in the US for 7.
More About Me

I’m a n ESOL and Spanish teacher. I teach in a public high school. I also serve as the worl language content specialist in my district.
