I have loved learning and studying Spanish since high school. I love to travel and live in Spanish-speaking countries. It’s important to connect with the culture, not only speak the language. I currently teach high school Heritage I and II Spanish class. I am the only teacher in the district teaching these classes and I am one of very few teachers in the state of Iowa. I have a passion for teaching native speakers and heritage students. I am looking for help and support for these classes. I know that I don’t teach at the college level, but I would love to connect with other teachers and professors to help me to do a better job teaching and preparing my students.
