I am a native speaker of Spanish raised and educated (K-12) in Mexico. My mother is Mexican, my father in German and I was born in Texas. I received my PhD in FLE from the University of Texas in 2011. I have traveled extensively throughout Latin America, Spain and many other parts of the world.
