    The Center for Advanced Research on Language Acquisition (CARLA) organizes summer workshops/ institutes there at the Univ of Minnesota on all kinds of topics, including teaching heritage speakers. You might be able to join one yet this summer; it’s a great place to network with others and to start to build your new course.
