One of our goals here at TeCHS is to facilitate the publication of OER materials. To ensure the quality of all materials published on our site, we have established a review process. This is an open review, not a blind peer-review, and it is a valuable and important service to the HL educational community. We invite researchers, educators, and advocates involved in teaching or promoting Spanish as a Heritage Language to volunteer as reviewers for textbooks, professional development modules, pedagogical materials, and other materials that we publish.
Become a Reviewer
If you would like to review OER materials for TeCHS:
- Fill out the Reviewer Interest Form.
- When a material is submitted for review, we will reach out to 2 or 3 community members who have volunteered to review OER materials.
- If you are contacted and agree to review a particular material, it will be provided along with a rubric and rubric example (to help guide your feedback).
- You will review the material according to the rubric and submit your comments by an agreed-upon date, generally 1 month from when the material is provided.
- You will be credited on this page for your service (see below).
