Born in Cuba, grew up in Puerto Rico, high school in Louisiana and college in Texas. Lived in Texas for 37 years. Taught at a public school for 30 years and “retired.” Moved to Oklahoma to be near my family. After a year away, I went back to teaching at a private school.
