How Has Spanish Played a Role in Your Personal and Professional Life?

I was born in Nicaragua and immigrated to the US in the 80’s. I grew up speaking Spanish at home and then took Spanish courses in High School. I have my B.A. and M.A. in Spanish and now am a Tenured Faculty member at a Community College.

Spanish has always played an integral part in my professional and personal life. I teach it at work and am now passing it on to my children.
