As a non-native speaker, I am continually learning new words and phrases. The scope of the Spanish language and Spanish-speaking cultures has made learning about both a lifelong process. It’s stretched me to try new things and helped me to meet many wonderful people and travel to amazing places. It’s helped to shape my world view, seeking to understand and appreciate diversity and our inter-connectedness.
